The most affordable way to cover the 260 km between Puerto Princesa Airport and El Nido: a shared van, ₱700 per person, running on a fixed daily schedule. Here's everything you need to know — real pricing, real departure times, and a booking form that takes about a minute.
Why choose the shared shuttle
- The lowest fixed price on the route. ₱700 per person, confirmed before you travel — no negotiation, no surprises.
- Real daily departures. Five fixed times from the airport, four back from El Nido — the same schedule every day, not a "whenever it fills up" arrangement.
- Comfortable, air-conditioned vans. 10-12 seater Toyota Hiace vans built for the long coastal drive, not repurposed city vehicles.
- No prepayment required. Pay your driver directly on arrival, in cash or GCash.
- Flight tracking on arrival departures. Your pickup adjusts if your flight is delayed, at no extra charge.

Heading to Lio instead of El Nido town? The shared van to Lio runs on the same daily departures, at a flat ₱1,000 per person — just select the Lio route when you book.
What to know before you book
- Drop-off point: The shared shuttle ends at the El Nido bus terminal, not directly at your hotel. A short tricycle ride (₱50-150) covers the last stretch — a normal, well-established part of arriving in El Nido.
- Destinations served: The shared shuttle serves El Nido town (₱700/person) and Lio (₱1,000/person). For Nacpan Beach or Dipnay Beach, a private van is required.
- Luggage: One main bag plus a carry-on per passenger travels without issue. Extra or oversized luggage may need advance notice.
- Booking ahead: Recommended year-round, essential during peak season (December to May) when popular departure times can fill up days in advance.

Shared shuttle vs. private van
The shared shuttle is the better value for solo travelers and budget-conscious backpackers comfortable working around a fixed schedule. A private van (from ₱7,000 per vehicle) becomes the more practical choice for groups of three or more, families, travelers with an early or late flight outside the shared shuttle's windows, or anyone heading to Nacpan Beach or Dipnay Beach.
